Who you'd be working with
In case we haven't met, I am Ben Kelly. I spent six years as an Army intelligence officer, then managed money for the wealthy as a private banker at JP Morgan. Nearly every fortune I handled there traced back to the same thing: ownership. So in 2020 I bought my first business. I own eight today. Along the way I built Acquisition Ace, where our members have acquired more than $330M in businesses across 200-plus deals. Everything I will ask you to do, I have done myself, and still do today.

The six months are hands-on and specific. We begin by defining the business that fits your life, your skills, and your capital. We help you source real deals, analyze them together, and structure the financing so you buy mostly with the bank's money. When the right one appears, I am beside you through diligence, negotiation, and the close, until the keys are in your hand.
